Smxdk publishes this Shipping Policy so customers can review how fragile pressed-glass orders move from payment confirmation through protective packing, carrier handoff, tracking, and delivery support. The store currently serves customers in Singapore, and checkout amounts are displayed in USD.
Each order record identifies the selected vessel, color, relief motif, capacity, and quantity. Before dispatch, those details are checked against the item prepared for the parcel so an amber hobnail tumbler is not confused with a clear floral glass or smoke gray highball.
TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
- Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT+08:00) Singapore Standard Time (Singapore).
- Handling Time / Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days, Monday-Friday, after payment is successfully authorized through Shopify Payments.
- Transit Time: 7-13 Business Days, Monday-Friday, after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8-16 Business Days, including order processing and transit.
The handling period begins only after successful payment authorization. Orders placed after the stated cut-off, on a weekend, or on a non-processing day enter the next Monday-Friday handling cycle; the published transit estimate begins after the assigned carrier receives the parcel.
Before a Smxdk parcel is sealed, the first outbound review matches the vessel SKU, transparent color, relief motif, and quantity to the order record. The second review checks that rims and bases are separated from hard contact, recyclable paper or fibre cushioning limits movement, the fitted outer carton remains intact, and the delivery label corresponds to the parcel. Carrier volume around public holidays in Singapore can affect scan timing; material updates are communicated through the checkout contact details without changing the published support route.
SHIPPING COST
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within Singapore. No minimum purchase required. Standard shipping is provided at a cost of $0.00 USD for eligible orders, and the checkout Shipping field should display $0.00 USD for standard delivery.
DELIVERY AREA
Currently, we only ship to addresses within Singapore. We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO).
Customers should enter a complete Singapore delivery address, including the recipient name, block or building, unit number when applicable, street, postal code, and reachable telephone number. If an address correction is requested after processing begins, contact support promptly; a change is possible only while the parcel has not been handed to the carrier.
SHIPPING METHODS & COURIERS
Depending on parcel size, destination, and service availability, orders may be delivered by SingPost, Ninja Van, J&T Express, DHL, or another carrier operating in Singapore. The assigned carrier and tracking details are shown in the shipping confirmation email.
When several glass vessels require separate protective cartons, one order may travel in more than one parcel. Each dispatched carton receives its own carrier information when separate tracking applies, and a later parcel does not change the price already paid for the order.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the assigned carrier and tracking number. Use that tracking link or enter the number on the carrier's official website to review the latest available shipment status.
If tracking shows no material movement beyond the expected delivery range, send the order number and tracking reference to support. We will review the carrier record, confirm the available delivery scan, and communicate the next practical step rather than directing the customer to an unverified store tracking page.
