This Privacy Policy describes how Smxdk handles information connected with browsing, a glassware purchase, delivery to Singapore, payment status, customer service, and privacy requests.
We limit collection to information reasonably needed to operate the storefront, document the chosen vessel and quantity, process checkout, route the parcel, answer support questions, prevent misuse, and maintain required transaction records. Product-preference questions are kept separate from payment credentials handled by the payment provider.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When a visitor uses the Site, Device Information may include the IP address, browser type, device details, Cookies, viewed pages, referring source, and interaction timestamps. Order Information may include the selected glassware, quantity, name, email, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, payment information or payment status, transaction reference, delivery instructions, and correspondence about the order. Support Information can include photographs voluntarily supplied to document a chipped vessel, relief-pattern mismatch, missing quantity, or damaged carton.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use Order Information to fulfill orders placed through the Site, arrange for shipping, process payments, provide invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with customers, handle returns and refunds, and screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.
Device Information helps us operate and improve the Site, protect checkout security, and understand store usage.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use Shopify to power our online store. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. We may share personal information with service providers that help us operate the store, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, fraud prevention providers, analytics services, customer support tools, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, customers, and business operations.
BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING
We may use personal information to provide targeted advertising or marketing communications that may be of interest to customers. We may need to verify identity before completing a request, and legally permitted exceptions may apply.
Financial Data Security
To protect personal information, we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Payment credentials submitted at checkout are transmitted to Shopify Payments through encrypted connections; our store does not directly receive or store complete card numbers or security codes.
Encrypted transmission protects checkout data while Shopify Payments and the customer's financial institution complete authorization. Smxdk receives the status and order details needed to prepare the selected glassware, but does not receive or retain the complete card number or security code.
Cookies, International Processing, and Retention
Cookies and similar technologies can maintain storefront functions, remember permitted preferences, support checkout continuity, measure page performance, and help identify suspicious activity. Browser controls may block or remove Cookies, although disabling functional Cookies can affect cart or checkout behavior. We retain order and support records only for operational, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legal periods that apply to the record, then delete or de-identify information when continued identification is no longer required.
Personal information may be processed or stored in United States and in other countries where Shopify, Shopify Payments, and our authorised service providers operate. Where required, we take reasonable measures to ensure that transferred personal information receives protection consistent with applicable data protection law.
Children, Third-Party Links, and Updates
The Site is intended for adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Third-party links or services are governed by their own privacy practices. We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our store, services, or legal requirements.
